Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner, even pieces. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Set Up Dredging Stations: Arrange three shallow bowls—one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the Chicken: Dredge each chicken piece first in flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
