- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Chickpeas: Spread the dried chickpeas on a clean towel and pat very dry. Transfer to a bowl and toss with olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
