- 1 lb shelf-stable potato gnocchi
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings:
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional for Serving:
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Prepare Gnocchi: In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Cook Gnocchi: Spread the seasoned gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
