Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable Toppings
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers (seeded)
- 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
Optional Toppings
- 1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Parmesan)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, or cilantro)
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (for a spicy kick)
Instructions
- Preheat and prepare crust: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Roll out the crescent dough and press the seams together to create a smooth, even layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake the crust: Bake the crust for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Once baked, allow the crust to cool completely to ensure the cream cheese spread does not melt when applied.
- Make the cream cheese spread: In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill or Italian seasoning, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Prepare vegetables: Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly. Dice, chop, or shred the vegetables into small, uniform pieces. This consistent sizing ensures each bite is flavorful and visually appealing.
- Assemble the pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll crust, leaving a small border around the edges for a neat presentation. Arrange the prepared vegetables on top in a single, even layer, mixing and matching toppings as desired.
- Optional toppings: Add optional toppings such as sliced black olives, capers, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, or red chili flakes for additional flavor and texture.
- Chill before serving: For best results, refrigerate the assembled pizza for 20 to 30 minutes before serving. This helps the spread set and enhances the flavors, making it perfect for serving at parties or as a refreshing snack.
Notes
- You can customize the veggie toppings according to your preference or seasonal availability.

- This pizza is best served chilled but can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
