Description

A smooth and tangy whipped goat cheese spread perfect for appetizers, dips, or as a topping for toast and vegetables.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the heavy cream, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Blend again until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Blend briefly to mix.
  4. Transfer the whipped goat cheese to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
  5. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil or herbs if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Bring cheeses to room temperature before blending for the smoothest texture.
  • Add fresh herbs like thyme or chives for extra flavor.
  • Use as a dip for crackers, a spread on sandwiches, or a topping for roasted veggies.
