Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the heavy cream, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Blend again until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Blend briefly to mix.
- Transfer the whipped goat cheese to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil or herbs if desired before serving.
