Description

Creamy Tuscan Ravioli combines tender cheese ravioli with a luscious garlic cream sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach for a decadent yet simple Italian-inspired dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 18 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to package instructions (3–4 minutes for fresh). Drain and toss with a splash of olive oil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle in Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until cream thickens slightly, then stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  5. Fold in the drained ravioli. Season with salt and black pepper. Warm everything through and serve immediately with optional garnishes.

Notes

  • Garnish with fresh basil, parsley, extra Parmesan, or toasted pine nuts for added flavor and presentation.
  • Pairs well with a crisp green salad and crusty bread.
  • Can be made with frozen or gluten-free ravioli; adjust cooking time accordingly.
