Description

Indulge in the rich and creamy flavors of this delightful Creamy Tuscan Ravioli dish. Filled with cheese ravioli, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a luscious Parmesan cream sauce, it’s a comforting Italian-inspired meal that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Cheese Ravioli:

  • 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated cheese ravioli

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes, then pour in cream and broth. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Add Spinach: Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine and Serve: Gently toss in the cooked ravioli, coat in the sauce, and warm through. Serve hot, garnished with basil or parsley.

Notes

  • For added protein, toss in cooked chicken or Italian sausage.
  • Swap in mushroom ravioli for a vegetarian twist.
  • You can also use frozen ravioli—just cook according to package directions.
