Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup heavy cream
Strawberry Topping:
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry jam, warmed
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and heavy cream. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 55-65 minutes until set. Cool in oven, then chill for at least 4 hours.
