Description

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

    1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    ¼ cup granulated sugar
    6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

    3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 large eggs
    ½ cup sour cream
    ¼ cup heavy cream

Strawberry Topping:

    1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
    2 tablespoons strawberry jam, warmed


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and heavy cream. Pour over crust.
