Ingredients
Creamy, Smoky Pimento Dip:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced pimentos, drained
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1–2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pimentos, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce if using. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
