Ingredients

Creamy, Smoky Pimento Dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1–2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
  6. Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
