Description

Ingredients

Stuffed Mushrooms:

  • 20 large white mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Shrimp Filling:

  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean and Prep Mushrooms: Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and chop them finely.
  3. Prepare Shrimp Filling: In a skillet, cook shrimp, garlic, onion, and mushroom stems until shrimp is pink. Let cool.
  4. Make Creamy Filling: Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add shrimp mixture.
