Description

Creamy Ranch Chicken is a flavorful and creamy dish that is quick and easy to make. Tender chicken breasts are seasoned with ranch seasoning and cooked in a rich and cheesy sauce that is sure to please the whole family.


Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Sauce:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Sear chicken until cooked through.
  2. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, combine cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until smooth. Add sour cream and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
