Ingredients

Bowtie Pasta:

  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned, drained if canned)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Creamy Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta: Cook bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and beef: In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and ground beef until browned.
  4. Add seasoning and mix: Stir in ranch seasoning, corn, soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine with pasta: Mix in cooked pasta until coated, then transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Bake: Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
