Ingredients
Bowtie Pasta:
- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned, drained if canned)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Creamy Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta: Cook bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté onion and beef: In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and ground beef until browned.
- Add seasoning and mix: Stir in ranch seasoning, corn, soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Combine with pasta: Mix in cooked pasta until coated, then transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake: Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
