Ingredients
Pasta
- 12 oz bowtie pasta
Beef Mixture
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Casserole Sauce
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Additional Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained
- Extra shredded cheddar cheese for topping
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
- Brown the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat from the beef. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper for a flavorful meat base.
- Prepare the Creamy Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Combine Ingredients: Fold the cooked pasta, seasoned ground beef, and drained sweet corn into the creamy sauce mixture. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top for a cheesy crust.
- Bake the Casserole: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes to set. Serve warm and enjoy your creamy ranch beef and sweet corn bowtie casserole!
