Ingredients

- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Soup: Heat olive oil in a large pot. Cook Italian sausage until browned. Add onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant.
