Description

Indulge in these decadent Creamy Maple Fudge Bites that are the perfect combination of sweet and creamy with a hint of maple flavor. These easy-to-make treats are ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings and are a great addition to any holiday dessert table.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Finish the Mixture: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts, if using. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and store in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a more intense maple flavor, use dark or grade B maple syrup.
  • Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before chilling for a sweet-salty finish.
