Ingredients
Macaroni:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Macaroni: Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Make the Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, pickles, and chopped eggs to the bowl. Gently stir until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
