Ingredients
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (drained)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar or lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in chopped herbs if desired.
