Ingredients
Pasta:
- 12 ounces penne or rigatoni pasta
Steak:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Pasta: Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Sear Steak: Sear steak in olive oil until browned; season and set aside.
- Make Sauce: Sauté garlic, add buffalo sauce, honey, and cream. Stir in cheeses until creamy.
- Combine and Bake: Toss steak with sauce and cooked pasta. Top with cheese and bake until golden.
