Steak:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. Sear Steak: Sear steak in olive oil until browned; season and set aside.
