Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

1/2 cup water (for thinning sauce, if needed)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the green goddess sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, basil, parsley, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

Add water to the sauce as needed to reach your desired consistency.
