Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white wine, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional), 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook shrimp until pink and opaque. Set aside.
