Ingredients
Baby Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (red or gold), halved if large
Creamy Garlic Sauce:

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, add salt, and boil for 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil and butter. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
