Description

Indulge in the creamy goodness of these garlic sauce baby potatoes, a rich and flavorful side dish that will elevate any meal.

Ingredients

Baby Potatoes:

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes (red or gold), halved if large

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, add salt, and boil for 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil and butter. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  3. Combine and Simmer: Add cooked potatoes to the sauce, toss to coat, and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider roasting the potatoes before adding them to the sauce.
  • This dish complements roasted chicken, steak, or grilled vegetables.
