  • 2 medium yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

For the Dip:

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
