Ingredients
For the Lasagna Rolls:
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread ½ cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, 1 cup of mozzarella, and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
- Assemble the Rolls: Lay out lasagna noodles, spread chicken mixture on each, then roll tightly. Place rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Bake: Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls, add remaining cheeses on top. Cover with foil, bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley before serving.
