Ingredients
For the Jello:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop caramel-flavored protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

For Topping (optional):
- whipped cream
- caramel drizzle
Instructions
- Bloom Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Milk Mixture: Warm almond milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in protein powder, sweetener, and salt until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat, stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
