Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cream cheese filling:

  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
