Description

A warm, gooey, and comforting bake made with chicken, bacon, ranch, cheddar cheese, and biscuits—perfect for quick weeknight dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chopped chicken (use rotisserie for convenience)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 6 slices cooked chopped bacon
  • 1 can Refrigerated Grands Jr Biscuits (8 biscuits), cut into quarters

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch mix, and bacon. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cut biscuits into quarters and gently fold into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden and mixture is bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep and richer flavor.
  • Do not overmix biscuit dough to maintain flaky texture.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; add 5 more minutes if needed.
  • Let the bake rest before serving for easier scooping.
