Ingredients
Salmon Fillets:
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
Seafood Stuffing:
- ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- ½ cup lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges and chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Stuffing: In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Stuff the Salmon: Make a slit in each salmon fillet to create a pocket. Stuff each fillet generously with the seafood mixture.
- Bake: Place the stuffed fillets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 18–22 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
