Ingredients
Salmon Fillets:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin removed
Seafood Stuffing:
- 4 oz lump crab meat
- 4 oz cooked small shrimp, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Lemon wedges and extra parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the stuffing: In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, green onion, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
