Ingredients

Salmon Fillets:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin removed

Seafood Stuffing:

  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cooked small shrimp, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges and extra parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the stuffing: In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, green onion, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
