Ingredients
For the Casserole:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Jalapeños
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Combine ingredients: Stir in corn, cream of mushroom soup, barbecue sauce, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Add toppings: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture. Arrange tater tots on top.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Serve: Let cool slightly and top with green onions, jalapeños, or sour cream if desired.
