Ingredients

Linguine Pasta:

  • 12 oz linguine pasta

Chicken:

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Cowboy Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary

Garnish:

  • Grated Parmesan and extra parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
