- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch or 2-quart baking dish.
- Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, corn muffin mix, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
