Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
- 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix, prepared as directed
Cookie Dough Layer:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- Bake the Brownie Layer: Prepare and bake the brownie mix in a 9-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper. Let cool.
- Make the Cookie Dough: Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and salt. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Assemble the Cake: Spread cookie dough over the brownie layer. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with oil, pour over the dough, and chill.
- Serve: Once set, slice and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
