Ingredients

Brownie Layer:

  • 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix, prepared as directed

Cookie Dough Layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Topping:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Bake the Brownie Layer: Prepare and bake the brownie mix in a 9-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper. Let cool.
  2. Make the Cookie Dough: Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk, vanilla, flour, and salt. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
