Description

Indulge in the ultimate treat with this Cookie Dough Brownie Cake that combines layers of rich brownie with a decadent cookie dough filling, all topped with a luscious chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Brownie Layers:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

Cookie Dough Layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Ganache:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Brownie Layers: Prepare and bake the brownie mix in two greased 8-inch round cake pans. Let cool and chill.
  2. Cookie Dough Layer: Beat butter and sugars, mix in milk and vanilla. Add flour, salt, mini chocolate chips, press into a pan, and chill.
  3. Assembly: Layer brownie, cookie dough, and the second brownie on top.
  4. Ganache: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, stir, and pour over the cake. Chill before slicing.

Notes

  • The flour in the cookie dough is not baked—use heat-treated flour for safety.
  • You can freeze slices for later or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
