Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
For the filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
For the frosting:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons brewed strong coffee, cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until foamy, then add melted butter, eggs, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth.
- Make the filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee granules. Spread over rolled dough.
- Shape and bake: Roll the dough, slice into rolls, place in a baking dish, and let rise. Bake until golden brown.
- Prepare the frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar, coffee, vanilla, and salt. Spread over warm rolls.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use brewed coffee in the dough.
