Made with silver tequila, cream of coconut, fresh lime juice, and a hint of triple sec, this cocktail is a delightful twist on the classic margarita, perfect for a summer day or any occasion that calls for a taste of paradise.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut (such as Coco López)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec or orange liqueur
  • Ice
  • Toasted shredded coconut and lime wedge for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, cream of coconut, lime juice, and triple sec with a handful of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and toasted shredded coconut on the rim or sprinkled on top if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.

  • You can also rim the glass with lime juice and dip it in coconut sugar or shredded coconut for a fun tropical twist.
