Cool off with this refreshing Coconut Lavender Lemonade Mocktail. A delightful blend of fresh lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, and coconut water, this non-alcoholic drink is perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Fresh Lemon Juice:

1/2 cup (about 4 lemons)

Lavender Simple Syrup:

1/4 cup

Coconut Water:

1/2 cup

Cold Water:

1 cup

Honey or Maple Syrup (optional):

1 tablespoon

Ice Cubes

Lemon Slices and Lavender Sprigs for Garnish


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, mix fresh lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, coconut water, and cold water. Stir well.
  2. Add Sweetener: Taste and add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired.
  3. Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the mocktail, and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • To make lavender simple syrup, simmer water, sugar, and dried lavender. Strain and cool before storing.
