Description

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, divided
  • 12 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), divided

For the Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk

Additional Garnish:

  • Additional toasted coconut and pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Crust: Mix flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and chopped pecans. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake until golden.
