Ingredients

Oats:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Almonds:

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

Coconut:

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Spices:

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Prepare Wet Mix: In a small bowl, whisk coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla.
