Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite dressing (blue cheese, ranch, or vinaigrette)
Instructions
- Arrange the Ingredients: On a large serving platter or in a salad bowl, place the chopped romaine as the base.
- Layer the Salad: Neatly layer the chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and red onion over the lettuce in rows or clusters.

Notes
- Grilled chicken or rotisserie chicken both work great.
