Description

This classic Cobb Salad is a hearty and satisfying meal featuring a delicious combination of lettuce, chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes. It’s a perfect option for a light lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favorite dressing (blue cheese, ranch, or vinaigrette)


Instructions

  1. Arrange the Ingredients: On a large serving platter or in a salad bowl, place the chopped romaine as the base.

Notes
