Dough:

- extra flour for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix and knead until smooth. Let rise for 1-1.5 hours.
