Ingredients
Vegetables:
- 3 cups chopped Romaine lettuce (optional, for a more filling version)
- 1 large cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Additional Ingredients:
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese. Add chopped Romaine lettuce if desired.
