Ingredients

For the Pie:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Bisquick Crust:

  • ½ cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
