Ingredients
For the Pie:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Bisquick Crust:
- ½ cup Bisquick or all-purpose baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.

- Assemble the Pie: Spread the beef mixture in the prepared pie dish, top with shredded cheese. In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs. Pour over the beef.
