A delightful and easy-to-make dessert recipe for Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza using crescent roll dough, topped with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients
For the Pizza:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
 
For the Glaze:
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 1–2 teaspoons milk
 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare the dough: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough on the baking sheet, forming a rectangle and sealing perforations.
 - Brush with butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar: Brush melted butter over the dough. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
 - Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
 - Prepare the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Finish and serve: Drizzle the glaze over the baked pizza, let it cool, slice, and serve warm.
 
Notes
- Add chopped pecans or mini chocolate chips for extra flavor.
 - Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert treat.
