Description

Ingredients

For the cinnamon filling:

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the pancake batter:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cream cheese glaze:

  • 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cinnamon Filling: Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a bag.
  2. Pancake Batter: Whisk dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients. Combine. Cook pancakes, add cinnamon swirl.
