Description

Ingredients

For the muffin batter:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cinnamon swirl:

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine: Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just combined.
