- 1 tablespoon butter
For Serving:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Icing from cinnamon roll package (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- Make the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Coat the Cinnamon Roll Pieces: Add the cinnamon roll pieces to the egg mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Cook the Bites: Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the soaked cinnamon roll pieces and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
