Description

Indulge in the heavenly flavors of these Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars, a delightful twist on traditional cinnamon rolls in bar form. With a buttery, cinnamon-infused base and a luscious cream cheese glaze, these bars are a true treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the Bars:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually add to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Add final touches: Fold in heavy cream, white chocolate chips, and pecans. Spread batter in the pan.
  5. Bake: Bake for 22–26 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Make the glaze: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Finish and serve: Drizzle the glaze over cooled bars, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can omit nuts for a nut-free version.
  • Enhance with a pinch of cardamom for extra flavor.
  • For a thicker glaze, reduce the milk slightly.
