Description

This zesty Cilantro Jalapeño Dip is a creamy and flavorful accompaniment that pairs perfectly with chips, veggies, tacos, grilled meats, or bowls. With a vibrant green color and a kick of heat, it’s a versatile dip that’s easy to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

Sour Cream Mixture:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Herb & Spice Blend:

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (stems removed)
  • 12 jalapeños (seeded for less heat)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, and cumin. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Season and Chill: Taste and add salt as needed. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.

Notes

  • For a thinner consistency, add a splash of milk or water.
