Description

This festive Christmas Cookie Lasagna is a no-bake layered dessert featuring a crunchy vanilla Oreo cookie crust, a creamy sweetened cream cheese layer, a luscious cheesecake pudding layer, and a final whipped topping sprinkled with crushed cookies and holiday sprinkles. Perfect for holiday gatherings, this crowd-pleaser requires minimal preparation and is chill-set to achieve the perfect texture.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 36 vanilla Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
  • ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles

Pudding Layer

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles

Final Topping

  • 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
  • 12 vanilla Oreo cookies, crushed
  • Remaining holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie crust: Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper for easier slicing, if desired. In a food processor, crush 36 vanilla Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and combine with the melted butter and ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles until the mixture is well blended. Press this evenly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust layer.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in one container of whipped topping until combined. Stir in ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles. Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the cookie crust layer in the baking dish.
  3. Prepare the pudding layer: In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry cheesecake instant pudding mix and cold milk until fully combined. Allow the mixture to sit for 3 minutes to thicken. Stir in ½ tablespoon holiday sprinkles. Carefully spread this pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add the final topping: Spread the remaining container of whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Crush the remaining 12 vanilla Oreo cookies and sprinkle them evenly over the whipped topping. Finish by sprinkling the remaining holiday sprinkles on top for a festive appearance.
  5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 4 hours to let it set properly. For a firmer texture, you can freeze it; if frozen, allow to thaw for about 1 hour before slicing. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For easier slicing, lining the pan with parchment paper is highly recommended.
  • This dessert is best served chilled and can be refrigerated up to 2 days before serving.
  • If freezing, allow it to thaw partially for best texture.
  • You can customize holiday sprinkles for different festive occasions.
  • Ensure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the cream cheese layer.
