Description

This Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap combines tender grilled chicken with crispy romaine, savory Caesar dressing, and a blend of parmesan, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. It’s a delicious, easy-to-make lunch or dinner that’s both satisfying and fresh!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional, for crunch)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling the chicken, if not pre-cooked)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: If you’re using raw chicken breast, season with salt and pepper and grill or cook in a skillet with olive oil until fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Once done, let it cool for a few minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

  • Toss the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using). Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss until everything is well coated.

  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken Caesar salad evenly among the tortillas.

  • Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.

  • Serve: Slice in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can swap the chicken for grilled shrimp or even roasted vegetables for a vegetarian option.

  • If you prefer a lighter version, use a low-fat Caesar dressing or a yogurt-based dressing.

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice or some fresh herbs like parsley.
